Jobtailor is seeking an experienced architect/analyst to design and guide complex systems architecture in CRM and sales solutions. The role focuses on turning business requirements into robust technical designs, ensuring seamless integration and innovative problem-solving across IT projects.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in Solution Architecture, CRM ecosystems, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven IT project experience.
• Experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Project Manager, and/or Developer.
• Experience with CRM and sales solutions.
• CRM Certification preferred.
• Experience in Solution Architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Design and define the architecture for complex new or existing systems.
• Gather customer and user requirements to inform architectural decisions.
• Develop specifications for proposed architectural solutions.
• Examine existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement and integration.
• Develop schedules and testing plans for proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT projects
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Project Manager, and/or Developer
• Extensive experience with CRM and sales solutions
• CRM certification (Siebel or another industry-recognized CRM platform) is preferred
• Experience in Solution Architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
