Responsibilities

• Spearhead analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, focusing on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and convert them into functional and technical specs.
• Perform detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to improve workflows and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, PMs, and product owners to align goals.
• Lead creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
• Support and influence the roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability and UX quality.
• Assess current systems and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
• Host workshops, presentations, and meetings to collect feedback and provide status updates.
• Assist during testing phases, ensuring requirements are met via UAT and QA.
