Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Software Engineer to lead architecture and delivery on complex data projects. You will own ETL/ELT pipelines, work across batch and streaming systems, and partner with stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

You will apply Spring Boot, ReactJS, NoSQL, and related tools to create data services, while guiding delivery decisions and maintaining high quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar data engineering role.
• Strong Python for data engineering and SQL querying.
• Hands-on with Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Experience with streaming and batch data processing is preferred.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and batch/streaming systems.
• Lead delivery governance and coordinate with leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop data services using Spring Boot, ReactJS, and NoSQL stacks.
