Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Automation Quality Engineer to shape and implement the Automation QA strategy across ~16 mobile apps and a CMS platform. You will craft automated tests for iOS/Android, CMS web, and backend REST APIs, building regression and smoke suites across mobile and CMS environments.

You will guide development teams, leverage Playwright and Appium, and work with ReactJS/TypeScript stacks. English communication is required as projects span global teams.

Qualifications

• More than five years of hands-on testing experience.
• Experience guiding and overseeing development teams for at least one year.
• Proven expertise with Appium to automate mobile apps and Playwright for web testing.
• Strong base in regression testing to protect release stability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain automated testing coverage for mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Create automated test scripts for the CMS web platform (ReactJS/TypeScript).

We're searching for a Lead Automation Quality Engineer to become part of our team.
