Jobtailor is seeking a Legal Counsel in São Paulo to draft and review contracts, advise across departments, and support senior leadership. The role emphasizes business-oriented legal thinking, risk assessment, and process improvements within a fast-paced team.

The candidate should hold a Law degree with active OAB registration and possess advanced English; Spanish is a plus. The position requires a strong ability to negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and review contracts, amendments, and other legal instruments.
• Provide business‑oriented legal advice across departments.
• Lead and participate in meetings with business teams to negotiate documents, projects, and legal matters.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
• Propose improvements to internal processes, policies, and workflows to increase legal efficiency.
• Manage communications with suppliers and third parties; prepare management reports.
• Provide direct support to senior leadership.

• Handle legal advisory matters, collaborating with various departments across the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in a field related to the role (preferred)
• Spanish proficiency (preferred)
