• Prior experience in civil litigation and arbitration.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and analyze contracts, petitions, notices and other legal documents under supervision.
• Conduct legal research on legislation, case law and doctrine to support legal opinions and pleadings.
• Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings.
• Assist in preparing case reports and managing deadlines.
• Meet with clients to clarify questions and collect information, under guidance of more experienced attorneys.
• Support the organization and maintenance of files and internal legal systems.
• Participate in meetings, and carry out court briefings and diligences with judges and appellate judges.

Requirements
