Jobtailor in Brazil seeks an experienced attorney to manage litigation, administrative proceedings, and extrajudicial matters. You will analyze strategies, draft pleadings, and guide junior colleagues while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Law degree with OAB registration, and have Civil and Banking Law knowledge, plus debt recovery experience. Remote work not specified; office near residence preferred.

Qualificações

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure.
• Knowledge of Banking Law.
• Experience drafting legal pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
• Experience with debt recovery proceedings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Reside in a city near the office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the technical aspects of litigation, administrative proceedings, and extrajudicial matters.
• Conduct strategic analyses and propose defenses aligned with internal guidelines.
• Organize deadlines and procedural updates.
• Liaise with clients and judicial authorities.
• Draft legal pleadings based on standardized templates.
• Review documents prepared by less experienced colleagues.
• Participate in hearings, meetings with judges, and negotiations.
• Monitor assigned cases daily.
• Ensure compliance with operational workflows and statutory deadlines.
• Provide guidance to legal team members on low-complexity matters.
• Contribute to internal training programs.
• Prepare strategic reports and conduct legal research.
• Request additional documents to strengthen legal defenses.
• Collaborate on quality management and regulatory compliance initiatives (ISO 9001).
• Participate in audits and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support data protection and information security efforts by identifying risks and ensuring the integrity of procedures.
