Qualificações

  • 4-5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience in the Media industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

The work you’ll do…

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

  • Identify and target potential clients via online research, networking, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored SaaS solutions to address their pain points.

Sales Process Management:

  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine the sales process.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.

Client Success & Feedback:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they receive ongoing value from our solutions.
  • Gather feedback and insights from clients to help improve our products and services.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in selling SaaS solutions, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Previous experience in the Media industry is a strong plus.
  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • You are based in Brazil and open to traveling across the country as required.
  • Drive & Adaptability: Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of exceeding targets in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) is preferred.
  • You have advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Spanish fluency is a significant advantage.
