Qualificações

  • 2+ years as Technical Account Manager or in integration engineering, preferably in fintech.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON.
  • Proficiency in Web fundamentals and at least one server-side language.

How Yuno will challenge you
  • Leading discussions with senior leadership on technical and product strategies, incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
  • Building close relationships with customers to understand their operational needs and technical challenges, helping them maximize the value from our products.
  • Collaborating with developers and senior engineers to advocate and provide strategic technical guidance, assisting customers in planning and building solutions that enhance application health.
  • Working with Product and Development teams to customize specific products for clients.
  • Monitoring the progress of product integrations and ramp-ups to ensure success.
The skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a technical account manager or in an integration engineering role, preferably in fintech or payments.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Swagger).
  • Proficiency in Web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), RESTful APIs, frameworks, and expertise in at least one server-side language (Golang, Python, Node.js, others).
  • Exposure to server and database technologies (Apache, Nginx, IIS, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
