People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced semiconductor NPI engineer to drive product introduction from engineering to mass production, ensuring manufacturability and robust first-pass yields.

You will lead design reviews, qualify new materials, tools, and processes, and support Pre-assembly, Recon, RDL, and Backend while applying DOE, JMP, FMEA, SPC and 8D methods to reduce costs and improve quality.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• Ideally 6+ years of semiconductor NPI experience.
• Experience in semiconductor packaging/process engineering.
• Knowledge of DOE, JMP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D.
• Good troubleshooting and data-analysis skills.
• Good communication and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

Main purpose:

• Support new semiconductor products from engineering stage to mass production.

• Make sure the products achieve good quality, yield, and productivity.

• Be the technical expert for assigned semicon wafer and assembly processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Review new product designs and check whether they can be manufactured.

• Develop and qualify new materials, tools, equipment, and processes.

• Support processes such as Pre-assembly, Recon, RDL, and Backend.

• Troubleshoot process and yield problems.

• Optimize processes using DOE and JMP.

• Monitor process performance using SPC.
