Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro seeks an experienced Scrum Master to guide an agile team, ensure adherence to values, and shield the team from overcommitment during sprints. The role emphasizes servant leadership and continuous improvement within a collaborative environment.

You will remove impediments, protect progress toward sprint goals, and support the team in delivering value. A Bachelor's degree in IT and at least one Scrum certification are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven leadership and agile experience.
• Certified Scrum professionals are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Protect the team by ensuring it does not overcommit to what it can accomplish during a Sprint.

Requirements

• Must hold at least one of the following certifications:
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) - Scrum.org;
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - Scrum Alliance;
• Scrum Foundation Certified (SFC) - ScrumStudy;
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) - PMI;
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) - Scrum Alliance.
