Jobtailor in Porto Alegre seeks an experienced Scrum Master to guide the team through Scrum ceremonies and promote an agile culture. You will work daily with stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure adherence to agile practices.

The role focuses on monitoring team metrics like burndown and velocity, driving improvements, and fostering collaboration across teams to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective) ensuring active participation.
• Remove impediments daily, collaborating with stakeholders and involved areas.
• Ensure proper Scrum usage and alignment with agile methodology for the team and Product Owner.
• Monitor burndown and velocity to identify bottlenecks and drive weekly improvements.
• Promote agile culture through workshops and team-building activities across teams.
• Identify opportunities for process/tool improvements to increase efficiency and automation.
• Manage activities and deliveries, ensuring deadlines, quality, and policy compliance.
• Handle other routine tasks of the area.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review and Retrospective, ensuring effective team participation in each sprint cycle.
• Remove impediments that affect the team's productivity, working daily with stakeholders and involved areas.
• Ensure proper use of Scrum, guiding the team and the Product Owner on agile practices so everyone remains continuously aligned with the methodology.
• Monitor team metrics such as burndown and velocity to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements on a weekly basis.
• Promote an agile culture within the organization by organizing workshops, team‑building activities and interactions with other teams as needed.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools and procedures, proposing actions that increase efficiency, quality and automation of operations.
• Manage the activities and deliveries under your responsibility, ensuring deadlines, quality and compliance with the organization's global policies.
• Other routine tasks of the area.
