Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead agile, multidisciplinary teams in Porto Alegre. The role focuses on driving continuous value, fostering collaboration, and ensuring Scrum practices are applied across squads.

You will monitor KPIs, OKRs, sprint health, and support backlog refinement, delivering high-quality outcomes with autonomy and ownership. Hybrid work model in Porto Alegre may apply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification.
• Experience with agile metrics and facilitating ceremonies and events.
• Prior experience working as a Scrum Master in agile projects.
• Experience managing backlogs.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Alegre — RS.
