Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an SAP TM Consultant to analyze transportation and logistics needs, configure SAP TM, and support end-to-end processes across planning, execution, and settlement. You will integrate SAP TM with S/4HANA, EWM, SD, MM, and carrier systems while driving optimization and cost reduction across diverse global projects.

The role requires strong communication, TM certification, and experience with Agile/DevOps delivery models in a multinational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze transportation and logistics requirements.

• Integrate SAP TM with S/4HANA, EWM, SD, MM, and external carrier systems.
• Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Hypercare.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing AMS support.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
• Drive process optimization and transportation cost reduction initiatives.
• Support global rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams across regions.

In this role you will:

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP TM configuration and support.
• Expertise in Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, and Freight Settlement.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP SD, MM, and GTS.
• Knowledge of Transportation Cockpit, Charge Management, and Tendering processes.
• Experience in end-to-end logistics and transportation business processes.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide TM solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP Event Management (EM).
• Knowledge of SAP Business Network for Logistics (LBN).
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications in TM.
• SAP TM certification.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps delivery models.
• Preferred Pharmaceutical Industry Experience.
