Tata Consultancy Services Brazil is seeking a Lead SAP SD Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP SD design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. You will gather requirements, translate them into scalable SAP solutions, and collaborate with MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, and CRM teams on ECC implementation and migrations.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP SD design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure core SAP SD: Master Data, Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping.
• Support end-to-end O2C processes and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, and CRM teams.
• Participate in ECC implementation, migration, and transformation projects.
• Conduct testing (system, integration, UAT) and provide production support.
• Mentor junior consultants and prepare functional docs and trainings.

In this role you will

• Lead SAP SD design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure and support core SAP SD functionalities, including:

  • Returns Management
  • Credit Management
  • Intercompany Processes
• Support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, and CRM.
• Participate in SAP ECC implementation, migration, and transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex business process issues.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Mentor junior consultants and support global project teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in SAP SD design, configuration, deployment, and support.
• Expertise in Customer Master Data, Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Shipping and Transportation, Billing and Invoicing, Returns Management, Credit Management, and Intercompany Processes.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience collaborating with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, and CRM teams.
• Experience with SAP ECC implementation, migration, and transformation projects.
• Experience conducting system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting complex business process issues and providing production support.
• Experience facilitating workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining functional documentation and process flows.

Desirable Skills

• Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Experience developing training materials and delivering user training.
