Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil seeks an SAP SD Consultant with 7+ years in SAP SCM, focusing on OTC (SD) and LES, to drive localization and rollout projects. You will collaborate across regions, handle upgrades, and ensure quality delivery while aligning with business processes and compliance.

The role requires strong English, experience with SAP Notes, and a track record of successful full lifecycle implementations in manufacturing contexts.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of SAP SCM experience focused on OTC (SD) and LES modules.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Localization (Brazil) and NFe processes.
• Experience upgrading, implementing, and rolling out SAP projects.
• Fluent English; ability to work with multiple regional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate SAP Logistics Execution and LE-TRA implementations.
• Handle blueprinting, localization, and SAP customization.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance and go-live support.
• Provide hypercare and post go-live stabilization.
• Train key users and manage stakeholder transitions.
• Review designs and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Basis and ABAP teams.

We are looking for a SAP SD Consultant, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will

• Facilitate implementation and support of solutions within SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation Management (LE-TRA) modules to enhance business functionality and performance.
• Work on Blueprint requirements, back-to-standard approaches for SAP Localization topics in Brazil, SAP customizing and settings.
• Support SAP Notes and collaborate with Basis and ABAP teams.
• Execute unit testing and support business and user acceptance testing.
• Manage transition of requirements to customer stakeholders and provide key user training.
• Provide hypercare and stabilization support.
• Resolve SAP issues reported by business users and deliver enhancements and upgrade-related changes.
• Complete tasks assigned by team lead and project manager.
• Review solutions designed by team members and propose improvements.
• Work proactively with business users to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Act as owner for specific niche processes within the broader domain.
• Understand business processes from a client perspective.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English.
• Functional experience with SAP SD (OTC) and SAP DRC.
• Experience with SAP upgrade, implementation, and rollout projects.
• At least 7 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain focused on OTC (SD) and LES modules.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, including delivery aligned to cost, timeline, and quality.
• Functional expertise in SAP OTC (SD), including integration with other applications.
• Knowledge of Brazilian SAP localization and NFe processes.
• Experience with enhancements to sales processes.
• Experience working with multiple teams across different regions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Rise.
• Experience in a professional manufacturing company.
