Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an SAP SD(C2C) Consultant to provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Contract-to-Cash processes in a global, collaborative environment. You will support end-to-end C2C operations, including SD-FI integration, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition, and contribute to process optimization.

• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) experience.
• Mandatory experience with Contract Management.
• Strong expertise in Contract-to-Cash (C2C) processes.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash integration (SD-FI).
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with PCA in S/4HANA and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
• Knowledge of document splitting and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and C2C processes.

• Configure PCA in S/4HANA and manage ACDOCA and document splitting.
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead testing, documentation, and process improvements; drive automation.

In This Role You Will

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Contract-to-Cash (C2C) processes.
• Support end-to-end Contract-to-Cash operations, including Order-to-Cash integration (SD-FI), billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Configure and support Profit Center Accounting (PCA) in S/4HANA, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), document splitting, and profit center reporting.
• Resolve incidents, defects, and service requests while meeting SLA commitments.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver best-practice solutions.
• Execute testing activities, maintain documentation, and support continuous process improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities and enhance efficiency across C2C processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project and support teams in a global environment.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) experience.
• Mandatory experience with Contract Management.
• Strong expertise in Contract-to-Cash (C2C) processes.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash (SD-FI integration).
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with Profit Center Accounting (PCA) in S/4HANA.
• Experience with Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and document splitting.
• Knowledge of profit center derivation logic and reporting.
• Experience providing L2/L3 support.
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with testing, documentation, and process optimization.
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities within C2C processes.
• Exposure to global, cross-cultural environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations and roadmap features.
• Proactive, results-oriented problem-solving approach.
