Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring an SAP WM Consultant in Brazil to drive SAP WM implementations and optimizations. The role emphasizes mastering inbound/outbound logistics, RF workflows, and integration with MM, SD, FI.

You will work with global teams, design within SAP Activate, and contribute to both rollout and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate has strong English, SAP WM certification, and hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, HANA Studio, and multiple SAP modules.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure SAP standard solutions are used and design workarounds when needed.
• Validate solutions with minimum test scenarios.
• Engage with customers to understand business needs and propose approaches.
• Collaborate with Technical, Data Migration and Test teams.
• Document technical specs and deployment procedures.
• Assist in deployment and go-live activities and post-go-live support.
• Perform unit testing and debugging for high-quality deliverables.
• Share knowledge on architecture, security and data standards.

We are looking for SAP WM Consultant who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

• Stay updated on the latest SAP WM features, enhancements, and industry trends to continuously improve integration solutions and practices;
• Develop and implement specific customizations to meet local requirements and ensure compliance with all type of regulations;
• Provide ongoing technical support to end users, resolving issues and collaborating on effective solutions;
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for key users, ensuring adequate knowledge of the functionalities;
• Create reports and analysis of data relevant, providing important insights for strategic decision making;
• Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues;
• Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needs;
• Ensure standard solution usage whenever it´s possible. Be able to provide workarounds when SAP standard solutions do not fit to customer scenarios;
• Evaluate affected processes and scenarios. Ensure proper validation of solution implemented by grating minimum test case scenarios execution;
• Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them;
• Collaborate with Technical, Data Migration e Test Teams;
• Document technical specifications, design documents, and deployment procedures for integration solutions;
• Assist in the deployment and go-live activities of integration projects, including providing support during the post-go-live phase;
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables;
• Work closely with other project teams like Technical, Data Migration and Test Leads to help and support on their technical activities;
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes;
• Participate in system integration testing and support deployment activities;
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and development activities;
• Perform Reviews for performance optimization, and best practices;
• Participate in design for and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions; partner with other IT delivery team members to ensure efficient and effective design, development and implementation of solutions;
• As needed, provide input to architecture, security, and data standards; ensure end-to-end solutions adhere to these standards;
• Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process area;
• Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work;
• Participate in estimates for time and resource needs of identified solutions;
• Support project implementation transition to the support organization through documentation and knowledge transfer;
• Provide technical expertise required to resolve escalated support issues;
• As needed, provide technical input in support of audit requests.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English
• Solid expertise in SAP ECC or S/4Hana focused on knowledge in SAP-WM, inbound logistics, Warehouse Management Operations, Picking Processes, Outbound Logistics, RF, Inventory and integration with other SAP modules like MM, QM, SD, PP and interfaces;
• Experience in configuration of SAP MM integration especially with SD and FI modules;
• Knowledge of IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e.g., RDS´s, best practices implementation guides);
• Be able to understand complex business scenarios and propose SAP standard solutions or workarounds;
• Hands On Skill;
• Experience working with SAP Implementation or Rollout projects;
• Understanding SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology;
• Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• Knowledge on HANA database, knowledge on basic HANA tools (HANA studio) for navigation and scenarios identification;
• Certified in SAP WM;
• SAP eWM knowledge;
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
• Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders;
• Should be proficient in conversation on various aspects of technology and architecture with business leads, IT leads;
• Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams;
• Experience working in SAP Activate methodology;
• Spanish language skills will be appreciated.
