Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an SAP SD Consultant in Brazil to lead SD implementations and S/4HANA transformations. The role focuses on OTC processes, billing, shipping, and credit management while integrating with MM, FI, and WM modules and external systems.

You will collaborate with middleware engineers to enable IDoc/EDI/API interfaces, perform requirements analysis, and deliver functional specs, FS, and RICEF objects.

Qualificações

• Must have hands-on SAP SD implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of OTC, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Experience with interfaces / integration (IDoc, EDI, APIs).
• Understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FI, WM/EWM).
• Familiarity with SAP middleware.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support SAP SD implementations and S/4HANA transformations (AMS focus).
• Configure OTC processes, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Implement S/4HANA SD simplifications and enhancements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate to functional specs.
• Design and support interfaces between SAP and external systems.
• Tackle IDocs, APIs, EDI, and Web Services.
• Collaborate with technical teams on middleware like Mulesoft or CPI.
• Plan data migration and system integration activities.
• Troubleshoot interface issues and ensure data consistency.
• Conduct workshops with business users and drive improvements.
• Prepare FS and support development (RICEF objects).
• Handle incidents, enhancements, and change requests.
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

We are looking for a SAP SD Consultant.

In this role you will:

• Lead and support SAP SD implementations and S/4HANA transformations (focus on AMS)

Configure and optimize:

• Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management
• Work on S/4HANA SD simplifications and enhancements
• Analyze business requirements and translate into functional specs
• Design and support interfaces between SAP and external systems
• IDocs, APIs, EDI, Web Services
• Collaborate with technical teams on:
• Middleware (Mulesoft, CPI or other integration tools)
• Data migration and system integration
• Troubleshoot interface issues and ensure data consistency

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct workshops with business users
• Provide solution design and process improvements
• Prepare functional specifications (FS) and support development (RICEF objects)
• Handle incident management, enhancements, and change requests
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer

Mandatory Skills:

• Solid SAP SD experience
• Strong expertise in Order Management, Billing & Invoicing, Shipping & Delivery processing
• Experience in interfaces/integration (IDoc, EDI, APIs)
• Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FI, WM/EWM)
• Technical Awareness
• Knowledge of SAP middle ware
