Job summary

Accenture Pte Ltd is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Lead to drive end-to-end implementation programs for enterprise clients. You will lead project teams, design, configure, and deploy scalable talent acquisition and onboarding solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable value.

You will manage governance, quality, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring consultants and driving adoption through workshops and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with proven delivery experience in Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Experience leading end‑to‑end implementation projects in a client‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle.
• Experience managing project stakeholders and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Hands‑on experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and hyper-care
• Manage project delivery, including timelines, scope, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Oversee configuration, testing, integration, and data migration activities for Recruiting and Onboarding modules
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices
• Lead and mentor functional consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and team development
• Drive workshops, design sessions, and user training to support solution adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and integration workstreams
