Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to oversee setup, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of our global HR platforms. You will serve as an expert resource across core HR, payroll, time management, talent, and recruitment, translating business needs into cloud-based solutions.

You will deploy modules, build integrations with BIB and middleware, drive process improvements, manage quarterly releases, and document configurations while training end-users and admins.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical consulting or internal implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Payroll, and EC Time.
• Experience with PMGM, LMS, TIH, and onboarding modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules for global needs.
• Provide expertise across core HR, payroll, time management, talent, and recruiting.
• Develop integrations using BIB and middleware to ensure data flow with SAP ERP/Payroll and external systems.
• Identify process improvements, manage change requests, and implement quarterly releases.
• Conduct thorough testing, resolve complex issues, and ensure data accuracy across modules.
• Collaborate with HR partners, process owners, and tech teams to translate business needs into configurations.
• Create functional documentation and training materials, supporting end-users and admins.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to oversee the setup, enhancement, and continuous maintenance of our worldwide HR platforms. This position requires acting as an expert resource spanning core HR, talent management, payroll, and integration functions, connecting HR operational requirements with sophisticated cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take part in deploying, setting up, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors modules according to worldwide business needs
• Deliver specialized expertise spanning core HR, payroll, time management, talent, and recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain integrations utilizing tools like the Business Integration Builder (BIB) and middleware solutions to guarantee smooth data transfer among SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/Payroll, and external systems
• Spot opportunities for process improvement, oversee change requests, set up new capabilities (including quarterly release updates), and simplify HR workflows
• Perform thorough system testing, resolve complex technical and functional challenges, and maintain data accuracy across every supported module
• Collaborate closely with HR business partners, process owners, and technical teams to turn business strategies into solid technical configurations
• Develop detailed functional documentation and training resources, and assist end-users and administrators

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical consulting or internal implementation experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll), and Time Tracking (EC Time)
• Skilled in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PM&GM), Learning (LMS), and Career and Talent Development, along with the Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
• Experience with SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors (including Winston AI integration) and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB)
• Understanding of Business Integration Builder (BIB) and best practices for data migration and integration
• Having relevant SAP SuccessFactors Associate/Professional certifications is strongly preferred
• A sharp analytical approach, solid grasp of HR business processes, and strong skills in stakeholder management and communication
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
