ExxonMobil in Curitiba seeks an SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) System Analyst to drive end-to-end OTC processes across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales and IT in an Agile setting, configure SAP solutions, support go-lives and continuously improve OTC performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or related field.
• Experience with SAP OTC configuration and support.
• Familiarity with OTC-FI/MM integrations and SAP SD data structures.
• Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging and collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements and design OTC solutions within SAP (SD/FI).
• Configure and maintain SAP OTC functions: Order Management, Billing, AR.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Procurement to align end-to-end processes.
• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Prepare functional specs and coordinate with developers.
• Conduct testing, end-user training, and maintain documentation.
• Provide go-live and hyper-care support during SAP implementations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver iteratively.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement and automation across OTC.

What role you will play in our team

As an SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) System Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our end-to-end OTC processes across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. You will act as a vital bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that order management, billing, and cash application processes run smoothly and are continuously optimized.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and IT, to design, configure, and enhance SAP solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. Working within an Agile delivery framework, you will have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement scalable solutions that deliver real value to the organization.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design OTC solutions within SAP (SD/FI modules and related integrations)
• Configure and maintain SAP Order-to-Cash functionalities, including:

Order Management

Billing & Invoicing

Credit Management

Accounts Receivable

• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment
• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve performance and usability
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development and integration
• Conduct testing, deliver end-user training, and maintain clear documentation
• Provide go-live and hyper-care support during SAP implementations and rollouts
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and deliver solutions iteratively
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities across OTC processes

About You

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience withSAP OTC configuration and support.
• Familiarity with integration points between OTC and FI/MM modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and data structures.
• Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging and work with technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe)

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• SAP ECC experience
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• SAP certification in SD or OTC modules.
• Knowledge of EDI, IDoc processing, and third-party system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset.
