ExxonMobil is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors integration specialist to join our EMIT team in Curitiba. The role focuses on configuring, testing, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors integrations across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Core HR, with strong emphasis on SAP CPI and API Management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless data flows, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvements within HR systems.

Qualificações

• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Core HR.
• Strong experience designing, supporting, and maintaining integrations across HR and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, including CPI and API Management.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot integration issues, perform in-depth data analysis and investigation, and identify root causes efficiently.
• Strong understanding of business processes and HR workflows, enabling effective delivery of bug fixes, system enhancements, and continuous improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Proficient in English (both written and conversational)

• Collaborate with IT teams and service providers to maintain system integrity and integration.
• Regularly participate in team ceremonies to progress on team deliverables – standups, sprint prioritization, PI planning, etc.

What Role You Will Play In Our Team

You will support and enhance our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, driving configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Core HR, while ensuring seamless integrations with SAP BTP and other enterprise systems.

About You

Skills and Qualifications:
