ExxonMobil in Curitiba, Brazil is seeking an SAP support specialist to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with business users to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will analyze incidents, support integrations across SAP QM and PP-PI modules, and maintain documentation while working with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Engineering is preferred, and excellent English communication is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Experience with SAP support; knowledge of SAP QM/PP-PI modules is a plus.
• Basic understanding of integrations and data flows.

What role you will play in our team

In this role, you will provide SAP application support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and work closely with business users to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will analyze incidents, investigate root causes, and support integrations and data flows across systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience with SAP support.

Nice to have Qualifications/Experience:

• Previous experience in Supply Chain IT.
• Experience with ABAP.
• Experience with SAP QM is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong investigative and analytical mindset.
