ExxonMobil is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors specialist to support and enhance our SAP landscape, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Core HR in Curitiba. You will drive configurations, testing, and integrations with SAP BTP and other enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, analyze data, and implement bug fixes and enhancements, ensuring seamless HR operations across global businesses.

Qualificações

• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Core HR.
• Strong experience designing, supporting, and maintaining integrations across HR and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and API Management.

• Assist with minor enhancements and small IT projects.

What role you will play in our team

You will support and enhance our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, driving configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Core HR, while ensuring seamless integrations with SAP BTP and other enterprise systems.

What you will do

• Troubleshoots and resolves routine system issues with guidance.
• Assists with minor enhancements and small-scale IT projects.
• Configures system components using predefined rules and performs basic data maintenance.
• Participates in testing activities using predefined scripts and documents results.
• Demonstrates basic understanding of supported business processes and related system functionality, data structures, and IT components.
• Builds and maintains working relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams and service providers to maintain system integrity and integration.
• Regularly participate in team ceremonies to progress on team deliverables - standups, sprint prioritization, PI planning, etc.

About you

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Core HR.
• Strong experience designing, supporting, and maintaining integrations across HR and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration (CPI) and API Management.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot integration issues, perform in-depth data analysis and investigation, and identify root causes efficiently.
• Strong understanding of business processes and HR workflows, enabling effective delivery of bug fixes, system enhancements, and continuous improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Proficient in English (both written and conversational)
