ExxonMobil is seeking a SAP Basis professional to design, implement, and support foundational platform components within a large SAP landscape at our Curitiba center. You will ensure stability and reliability of mission‑critical SAP systems while coordinating outages and upgrades with global teams.

The role requires strong SAP Basis experience, S/4HANA/HANA, Solution Manager, CALM, and scripting skills. You will work in an Agile environment and provide on-call support as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA database administration.
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java stacks (ECC, S/4HANA).
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Technical Monitoring, CALM.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE and SAP Basis standards.
• System monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP environments.
• Operating system and database-level support for SAP environments.
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Shell).
• Strong incident, problem, and change management experience.
• Experience with SAP Basis in enterprise-scale environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP Basis administration activities including system builds and monitoring.

• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in ceremonies.
• Deliver on-call rotational support during off-hours and weekends as required.

We are looking for a professional to join our global, distributed team who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of foundational platform components within a large and complex SAP landscape, ensuring adherence to established standards while supporting mission‑critical SAP systems.

What you will do

As part of a global, distributed team, you will design, implement, and support the foundational platform components of a large and complex SAP landscape, ensuring adherence to established standards while helping maintain the stability, scalability, and reliability of mission‑critical SAP systems.

About you

Skills and Qualifications:

• Maintain system integrity, availability, and operational controls across SAP RISE landscapes.
• Coordinate and execute cross‑functional technical activities, including outages, upgrades, and infrastructure changes (DB, OS, HW).
• Lead and support SAP Basis administration activities, including system builds, configurations, monitoring, and housekeeping.
• Implement and manage system monitoring, alerting, proactive health checks, and capacity monitoring (CPU, memory, disk, spool).
• Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancements, DR, and cyber recovery tests within SAP RISE.
• Analyze and resolve performance and technical issues, including EarlyWatch findings and problem management.
• Produce and maintain SAP Basis standards and technical documentation.
• Build and test Proof of Concept (PoC) systems following SAP RISE best practices.
• Provide stakeholder reporting, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Deliver on‑call rotational support during off‑hours and weekends as required.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Database administration.
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java stacks (ECC, S/4HANA).
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Technical Monitoring, CALM.
• SAP RISE.
• SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
