About the Role
As an SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) System Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our end-to-end OTC processes across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. You will act as a vital bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that order management, billing, and cash application processes run smoothly and are continuously optimized. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and IT, to design, configure, and enhance SAP solutions in an Agile delivery framework.
Location: Global Business Center (GBC), Curitiba, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design OTC solutions within SAP (SD/FI modules and related integrations).
- Configure and maintain SAP Order-to-Cash functionalities, including:
- Order Management
- Pricing
- Billing & Invoicing
- Credit Management
- Accounts Receivable
- Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve performance and usability.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development and integration.
- Conduct testing, deliver end-user training, and maintain clear documentation.
- Provide go-live and hyper‑care support during SAP implementations and rollouts.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and deliver solutions iteratively.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities across OTC processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with SAP OTC configuration and support.
- Familiarity with integration points between OTC and FI/MM modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and data structures.
- Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging and work with technical teams.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe).
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP ECC experience.
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- SAP certification in SD or OTC modules.
- Knowledge of EDI, IDoc processing, and third‑party system integrations.
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a global, cross‑functional team environment.
