Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a seasoned SAP Logistics Engineering Manager to lead global SAP Logistics operations and teams. You will drive strategy, oversee delivery, and build high‑performing teams across multiple locations.

You will recruit and develop SAP Logistics professionals, manage the full employee lifecycle, and align initiatives with client expectations and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IS, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP Engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years in leadership or management positions.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ employees.
• Involvement in at least 2 full SAP implementations or launching a product or core capability to market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Logistics (SCM) and implementation experience.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Stay up to date with SAP Logistics best practices and ensure their implementation across operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Engineering roles
• Minimum of 2 years in leadership or management positions, such as Lead, Manager, Architect, or Coordinator
• At least 1 year of experience managing teams of 5 or more employees
• Involvement in at least 2 full‑cycle SAP implementations or experience launching a product or core capability to market
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Logistics (SCM), with practical experience in implementation and functionality
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients
