Join to apply for the SAP EWM Functional Consultant role at LANDtech. Our client is looking for a SAP EWM Functional Consultant to join its IT & Logistics transformation team. This professional will be instrumental in driving the implementation and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), ensuring optimal performance of logistics processes within a large-scale ERP program based on the EluxOne global template. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, supporting warehouse rollout activities, engaging with integration partners, and playing a pivotal role in aligning IT solutions with business logistics needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define detailed functional blueprints and technical requirements for SAP EWM solutions related to outbound logistics processes.
- Provide hands-on support and leadership throughout the SAP EWM implementation lifecycle, from design to post-go-live stabilization.
- Assess business process impacts, identify system gaps, and propose scalable, integrated solutions across SAP modules (especially SD and MM).
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and documentation of functional requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and business teams to ensure end-to-end alignment and understanding of functional goals.
- Manage functional specifications and guide the development and testing of technical objects.
- Participate in quality reviews, escalate critical issues, and ensure service levels are consistently met.
- Serve as a liaison with external integration partners to coordinate solution design, data migration, and system configuration tasks.
- Support and lead the coordination of key deployment activities, including mock loads, go-live planning, and hypercare.
- Ensure compliance with global process standards and templates, and drive continuous improvement in solution delivery.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle SAP EWM implementations and post-go-live support.
- Deep understanding of SAP EWM design, configuration, and process integration with SAP SD, MM, and 3PL systems.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional design, gap analysis, and testing.
- Previous experience coordinating functional teams during end-to-end ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of data migration and validation activities during mock loads and go-live.
- Familiarity with warehouse rollout projects and operational logistics challenges.
- Excellent documentation, training, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% during critical deployment phases at warehouse locations.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
