Tata Consultancy Services in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Tester to validate end-to-end SAP processes across HR, Finance, Procurement and Project Management in Agile settings.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, manage defects, and create test artefacts while contributing to continuous quality improvements through SAP tooling and SAFe practices.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP Cloud and SAP ERP testing.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Ariba.
• Experience performing functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
• Experience in Agile environments, preferably using the SAFe Framework.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud Tester to join our team and support SAP Cloud initiatives across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP testing, validating end-to-end business processes, and collaborating with business and technical teams in Agile environments.

This role requires expertise in SAP Cloud and ERP testing, along with the ability to ensure quality, reliability, and successful delivery of SAP solutions across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Project Management processes.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP Cloud and SAP ERP testing.
• Knowledge of:
• SAP SuccessFactors
• SAP S/4HANA Finance
• SAP Ariba
• Experience performing:
• Functional Testing
• Integration Testing
• Regression Testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience working in Agile environments, preferably using the SAFe Framework.
• Experience validating system integrations and managing defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience documenting requirements, test evidence, and testing deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP test automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or implementation projects.
• SAP certifications are highly desirable, including:
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end, functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Validate HR, Finance, Procurement, and Project Management business processes within SAP environments.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, test data, and defect logs.
• Support UAT activities, regression cycles, retesting efforts, and release validations.
• Identify, document, track, and communicate defects through resolution.
• Validate integrations between SAP solutions and connected systems.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, SAP Consultants, Integration Teams, and Automation Teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure testing deliverables meet project timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.
• Provide test execution reports and communicate risks, issues, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
