Culina Pte Ltd, a leading purveyor of specialist epicurean foods and wines, distributes to hotels, restaurants and cafes in Singapore. This role supports the sales and operations function, managing pricing, contracts, payments, and sales reporting.

You will set prices, file contracts, process rebates and A&P payments, and prepare monthly sales reports using MS Excel. The position requires a Diploma, 2 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, independence, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Accounting or Business Administration).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel especially in Advanced Excel.
• Able to work independently and have good communication skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic and independent, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays (5.25-day week).

Responsabilidades

About the role

Culina is a leading purveyor of specialist epicurean foods and wines, a choice distributor to hotels, restaurants and cafes in Singapore. This role supports the sales and operations function, managing pricing, contracts, payments, and sales reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Set, manage, and maintain product prices (Price Book) — ensuring updates are timely and accurate

• File and document all contracts and quotations — keeping both hard and soft copies organized

• Prepare and process payments for customer rebates and A&P (Advertising & Promotion)

• Prepare monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager and Trade Marketing team — requiring proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

• Provide sales records and track sales data to monitor performance and trends

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Job Specifications:
