Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a mid to junior level of experience in sales and possess professional proficiency in either Chinese or English. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and has a keen interest in working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Support in managing and strengthening relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Help supervise and optimize the performance of the sales team.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitors to enhance the commercial strategy.
  • Assist in ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the mobile industry, IoT, or phone brands.
  • Professional proficiency in Chinese or English.
