We are seeking a Sales professional to become a part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and generate customer leads and opportunities both online (social media) and offline (regional event exhibitions, client visits, etc.).
- Gain a timely and accurate understanding of customer network information and identify their real business demands to promote Goose solutions precisely.
- Responsible for bidding on technical and commercial aspects, leading contract negotiations, signing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Manage and monitor the pipeline of ongoing sales projects, including projects with signed contracts, to ensure timely commercial launch.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction, assist in their business success, and achieve a long-term win-win situation.
- Collect relevant feedback based on customer needs and market changes, and provide improvement suggestions for company solutions and project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge or strong interest in broadband internet, streaming technology, cloud computing, with the ability to self-learn.
- Strong customer influencing and negotiation skills, customer service awareness, and the ability to handle pressure.
- Enthusiastic and proactive about customer interface and sales promotion work; a team player who is good at summarizing and sharing cases/experiences.
Requirements:
- Formal education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines (graduated/in progress).
- Experience: 3 years in sales (Streaming Media Service/IT software/Cloud Service/Telecommunication preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in this role.
- Availability to travel.
