Keeta is seeking a Sales Operations / Business Support Analyst to back the SMB sales team, ensuring operational excellence and data‑driven insights.

The role supports commercial operations to help the sales team hit targets while driving efficiency and stronger client relationships through reporting, market research, and coordination of incentives and campaigns.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Business Support, Operations, or Project Management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Experience working with Brazilian clients or projects in the Brazilian market.
• Experience in bilingual environments or translations.

Responsabilidades

• Support the SMB Sales team in achieving sales targets through operational and analytical assistance.
• Follow up on client needs, organizing financial reconciliation data, tracking customer service tickets, and preparing monthly/quarterly reports.
• Handle client issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring strong relationship management.
• Assist with market research and competitive analysis in Brazil to support sales strategy.
• Prepare business reports and performance analyses to support decision‑making.
• Support the planning and execution of sales incentives, campaigns, and team initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as expense tracking, asset management, and procurement.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support internal team activities.
