Culina Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to visit supermarkets, replenish stocks, and secure product orders while building strong relationships with store staff. You will execute distribution programs and support promotions to meet monthly targets.

Role requires at least 1 year in F&B merchandising or sales, a basic education level (O/N), and willingness to work alternate Saturdays. This Singapore-based role offers practical field exposure and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum 'O' or 'N' level certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.
• Background in Merchandising, Sales, or related fields preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Visit assigned Supermarket/Minimart outlets daily to secure product orders and build customer rapport.
• Merchandize agency products, ensuring core SKUs are stocked according to planogram.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage product ordering efficiently.
• Set up promotional displays promptly and update POS and pricing materials in promo areas.
• Monitor sales and apply FIFO to maintain freshness and minimize near-expiry stock returns.
• Report regularly on sales performance and store/display issues.
• Assist Management with distribution audits and ad hoc duties.
• Support promotion and event setups when required.
• Deliver excellent service to assigned accounts and maintain goodwill with store staff.
• Collect and relay market feedback to relevant teams.

Job Summary

The Sales Merchandiser recommends and takes sales orders, replenishes stocks, and builds strong relationships with retail outlet staff. They execute product distribution and sales programs to meet monthly targets, recruit promoters, attend meetings, and support promotions and events.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned Supermarket/Minimart outlets daily to provide excellent service and build customer rapport to secure product orders
• Merchandize agency products, ensuring core SKUs are stocked according to market share or planogram in home bays, chillers, and secondary displays
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage product ordering efficiently
• Set up promotional displays promptly and update POS and pricing materials in designated promo areas
• Monitor sales and apply FIFO methods to maintain product freshness and minimize near-expiry stock returns
• Report regularly on sales performance, store and display issues, and competitor activities to Sales Representatives
• Assist Management Team with distribution audits and perform ad hoc duties as needed
• Support promotion and event setups when required
• Deliver excellent service to assigned accounts and maintain goodwill with store-level customers
• Collect and relay market feedback to relevant teams

Required competencies and certifications

• Able to work on alternate Saturdays (5.25 days)
