CHOP HUP CHONG FOOD INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is seeking a dynamic professional to drive digital marketing and sales operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will manage SEM/SEO campaigns, craft platform-specific marketing copy, and handle end-to-end sales activities, including quotations, orders, and deliveries.

The role requires a diploma or O-level qualification with at least 2 years in sales (preferably in F&B).

Qualificações

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage customers and close sales.

Responsabilidades

• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEM and SEO to improve e-commerce user experience and increase online visibility.
• Create engaging marketing copy tailored for diverse platforms to attract and retain customers.
• Handle daily sales and marketing operations by responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, arranging deliveries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with online and retail customers on product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events, marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage sampling, packaging artwork, and product launches ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Execute ad hoc projects and duties as assigned, such as seasonal factory sales events.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEM and SEO to improve e-commerce user experience and increase online visibility
• Create engaging marketing copy tailored for diverse platforms to attract and retain customers
• Handle daily sales and marketing operations by responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, arranging deliveries, and conducting follow-ups
• Coordinate with online and retail customers on product listings, promotional activities, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives to maximize revenue
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events, marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and preparation of marketing collateral
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage sampling, packaging artwork, and product launches ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Execute ad hoc projects and duties as assigned, such as seasonal factory sales events (e.g., Chinese New Year Factory Sales)

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma or ‘O’ level qualification
