A leading aerospace and defense company seeks a Sales Professional to manage accounts and drive sales in Brazil/South America. This role requires extensive experience in sales and account management within the Airlines and Airports sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and possess strong negotiation skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, with a preference for Spanish.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sale of company products, services, and solutions to assigned accounts within Brazil/South America:In charge ofactivities involving salesof airport and ATS solutions, products, and services,within the region.
  • Develop contacts with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand existing and anticipated customer requirements and identify companysolutions,products, and services to fill such requirements: Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts; maintain technical proficiency and consult with prospective customers regarding use of companysolutions,products, and services.
  • Prepare sales plan,campaigns, and business plans,for a sub-set of a region.
  • Demonstrate and provide instruction to clients on the use of products: Keep informed of new products and other information of interest to customers.
  • Investigate new applications or improvements to products.
  • Responsible forsales quota,sales forecasting, and sales strategies for a sub-set of a region (Brazil/South America).
  • Provide marketing intelligence to sales management for a sub-set of a region (Brazil/South America).
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management functionor other related functionwithinAirlines and Airports.
  • Possess strong sales and account management skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Experiencewith Airports/ Airline operations and technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Airports contracting and acquisition processes; combined with demonstrated experience and understanding of proposal development process, opportunity reviews and pricing efforts.
  • Proven track records in successful sales closure.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
