About The Role
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Sales Manager to lead revenue expansion, client retention, and customer acquisition. This fully remote role will report directly to executive leadership and is ideal for someone with a proven background in digital marketing agencies and strong B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate is data-driven, performance-oriented, and ready to lead a high-performing team to scale revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the entire sales strategy to retain clients, grow existing accounts, and close new business.
- Act as a strategic advisor for key clients, managing relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase client lifetime value.
- Lead the full sales cycle: from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Develop and monitor KPIs across the sales and client success teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve offerings and sales enablement.
- Proactively manage churn risks and deliver strategies to improve retention.
- Build and manage the sales team, setting goals, mentoring, and creating accountability systems.
- Analyze sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report on performance to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (Home Improvement niche is a strong plus).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, project management tools, and sales analytics.
- Data-driven decision-making and strategic mindset.
