This remote position requires at least 3 years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record in generating leads and closing sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities across the Argentine and LATAM markets, focusing on midmarket clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to client meetings, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, Procurement, and Technology departments.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
  • Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and contribute to the expansion of our client portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within staffing, talent consulting, or professional services companies
  • Proven track record as a hunter with strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Advanced English level (C1) – required.
  • Experience selling to midmarket clients.
  • Familiarity with the staffing or IT services industry – highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and goal-oriented mindset.
