Position Summary (Roles & Responsibilities)

The Sales Director - LATAM is part of the global SDN/NFV Overlay Sales and Solution Support team, responsible for driving sales in the region and building a robust pipeline for the SDN/NFV business.

Experience & Requirements
  • Sales Strategy Definition
  • Business Development Planning
  • Account Reviews and opportunity plan generation
  • Attend and lead sales meetings and opportunity qualification assessments
  • Management, Executive, and C-Level Meetings
  • Sales proposal inputs and reviews (RFx and Direct Bids)
  • Review and input for pricing (license & services), terms & conditions / contracts
  • Participate in deal negotiations
  • Industry event involvement (TMF, SDN World Congress, etc.) and customer engagement
  • Extensive travel required to work with customers
  • Existing relationships and experience working with ICT carriers in the region
Customer Interaction Levels Expected
