We're seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing team. This is a unique opportunity to become the first sales hire beyond the founder and play a key role in building a high-performing, targeted outbound motion.
You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting highly personalized outreach, and booking qualified demos for the founder. Working remotely from Brazil, you’ll collaborate with a distributed European team and focus on nurturing relationships with North American prospects.
This is not a volume game — your success will come from thoughtful, strategic outreach within a defined niche. We're seeking someone eager to grow into the industry, not just the job.
Conduct targeted outreach to pre-identified prospects in the North American market
Secure 10 qualified demos/month with the goal of closing 4 customers
Support follow-up communication after demos and during trial periods
Maintain clean, organized pipelines and provide regular activity updates
Ramp up over 3–6 months with long-term growth in mind
2–3 years of experience in outbound sales or SDR/BDR roles
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Curious, quick learner with a professional yet friendly approach
Based in Brazil, ideally aligned with North American time zones
Interested in a long-term role with opportunity for impact and growth
