Compensation:

USD 750 - 1.4K/month

+ Commissions (:USD1K/month)

Responsibilities and more:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating conversations with prospective clients, and setting up meetings for our sales executives. This role serves as the first point of contact in the sales process and plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

* Lead generation and prospecting.

* Identify and research potential customers through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email, inbound inquiries, trade shows, etc.)

* Outbound outreach.

* Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our solutions and understand their needs.

* Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and interest, qualifying leads based on defined criteria and passing them to Account Executives.

* CRM management.

* Accurately record all prospect interactions and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system.

* Collaboration with sales and marketing.

* Work closely with marketing to support campaign follow-ups and collaborate with Account Executives to refine targeting strategies.

* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly activity and qualified meeting goals to support revenue targets.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

* 1+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (preferred but not required).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

* Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach.
