About the company:

Our client is a company based in San Francisco that offers a comprehensive platform for personal trainers and fitness influencers. Their goal is to help these professionals launch and grow their online coaching businesses by providing AI-driven tools, marketing support, and operations management.

Job Description:

We are seeking a charismatic and highly communicative Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves calling warm to hot leads on behalf of our partnered coaches to sell a coaching platform. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in communicating the value of the platform and guiding prospects through the sales process.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Conduct 15-35 calls per day, depending on schedule and lead volume.

- Engage potential clients and clearly communicate the benefits of the coaching platform while effectively handling objections.

- Provide feedback to coaches and account managers based on sales calls.

- Attend team meetings weekly for training and strategy alignment.

- Perform administrative tasks, including follow-ups with previous leads.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Strong charismatic presence and excellent listening skills.

- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs.

- Sales experience preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to adapt to different client personas.

- Basic understanding of the fitness industry is a plus.

Personality:

- Outgoing and engaging with a friendly demeanor.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

Software & Tools

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Experience with virtual meeting tools
