Job Title: Full-Time Sales Development Representative (Remote)

We are a rapidly growing company specializing in Multi-family real estate and hotel construction. Our prospects are looking for the best construction company to partner with on their developments. We are the best and have relationships with huge developers because of our commitment to excellence, meeting deadlines, and solvig problems developers don't need to solve. We need motivated and detail-oriented individuals to drive new relationships in locations we want to foster relationships. If you’re experienced in outbound specialist and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our dynamic team.
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time
Saturday for 4 hours

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate Prospects via Google, Linkedin and source our ideal clientele
• Do 100 outbound touch points daily via Call, Email, drive value driven follow ups and Schedule appointments for Selling us as a construction partner
• Follow up with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement
• Manage multiple follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently meet performance metrics related to Outbound Prospecting
Requirements:
• Experience in outbound sales development, appointment setting, especially via phone
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
• Proven track record of managing follow-ups and maintaining client communication

Compensation
$800 - $1800/m month On Track Earnings + Bonus and performance
