About the Role
Work for a leading venture-funded tech company in the B2B SaaS space that specializes in ATS tools. We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of experience at a fast-paced startup. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving new business opportunities and fueling the growth of our client’s cutting-edge SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective customers through proactive research, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records, manage a robust pipeline, and track performance metrics.
Sales Outreach: Engage with decision-makers to introduce our client's innovative tech solutions and secure high-quality meetings for the sales team.
Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies, share market feedback, and improve messaging.
Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas in a competitive, metrics-driven environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an SDR at a venture-funded startup.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the B2B SaaS space.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage technical decision-makers.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a data-driven mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of self-motivation.
