Árvore is seeking a Closer to join our newly formed US commercial team. You will convert qualified opportunities into new business and drive the Writing solution's growth across American schools, collaborating with an international team.

The role offers hybrid work (On-site Tuesday to Thursday), travel as needed, and a competitive salary with performance-based commissions, health and dental plans, and other benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong English fluency (written and spoken).
• Ability to lead commercial conversations and move deals forward.
• Comfort operating in a newly formed US commercial team.

Responsabilidades

• Run sales conversations with qualified prospects through to close.
• Advance opportunities through the pipeline, following up and overcoming objections.
• Negotiate proposals via phone, WhatsApp, email, video call, and in person when needed.
• Close new business for the US operation.
• Collaborate with SDRs during handoff from qualification to closing.
• Maintain an up-to-date, organized sales pipeline.
• Travel as required.

Job description

We are looking for a Closer to join our newly formed commercial team in the US, responsible for converting qualified opportunities into new business and driving the Árvore Writing solution's growth across American schools.

Árvore joined forces with SuperAutor, expanding our portfolio and strengthening our impact in literacy education. By combining our expertise in reading with an innovative writing platform, we now offer a more complete literacy journey that develops students' creativity, authorship, and protagonism.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in educational sales, working closely with an international team and playing a key role in building a newly formed commercial operation in the US.

Goal: Convert qualified opportunities into new business in the US market.

Main responsibilities

• Run sales conversations with qualified prospects and lead the process through to close.
• Advance opportunities through the pipeline, following up and overcoming objections with empathy and strategic thinking.
• Negotiate commercial proposals via phone, WhatsApp, email, video call and, when appropriate, in person.
• Close new business for the US operation.
• Partner with SDRs in the handoff from qualification to closing.
• Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date.
• Availability for occasional travel.
