Árvore is seeking an Assistant Educational Consultant to support our U.S. team, expanding the Árvore Writing solution across American elementary schools. You will be the first contact with potential school partners, leading prospecting and qualification while assisting day-to-day operations.

This role offers growth in educational sales and consulting, working with an international team to build meaningful partnerships with U.S. schools, including travel and performance-based incentives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress.
• English proficiency, with daily communication with the team and partner schools in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage day‑to‑day tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working with goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Execute active outbound prospecting cadences targeting elementary schools and partners in the U.S.
• Reach out to potential partners via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other platforms.
• Apply qualification criteria defined by the team to identify schools that are a strong fit for our solution
• Schedule meetings and support the consultant team in the next steps of the sales process.
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate information, interactions, and follow‑ups.
• Support day‑to‑day operational tasks of the U.S. team, ensuring organization and smooth workflow.
• Participate in training sessions and team alignment meetings.
