We are seeking a dedicated Email RPG Gaming Customer Support Representative (Full-Time, Remote) to join Customer Umbrella. Our mission is to assist people through caring interactions, and we want you to be part of our team!

Requirements:

• Passion for playing Games!
• Previous experience in Customer Support
• Proficient in speaking and writing professional English
• Personal Computer or Laptop with Stable Internet
• Understanding and enjoyment of computer systems
• Strong computer skills, fast and accurate typing
• Reliable electricity or UPS backup
• Knowledge of RPG Games, Mobile Gaming, PC Gaming, Console Gaming, and E-sports
• Enjoy working with people
• Basic math and logic skills
