We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will ensure the correct recording and tracking of projects from contract signature through project completion.

Role responsibilities

• Read, review, and understand contracts’ terms and conditions.
• Set up projects in the project management tool according to contracts’ terms.
• Track project progress from creation to closure, keeping the project management tool information up to date.
• Provide ongoing support to billing and revenue teams during month-end reporting.
• Handle expense rebill setup in the project management tool.
• Provide support to project managers on timesheets and project adjustments.
• Collaborate with PMO to ensure consistent project accounting and reporting.
• Train new project managers on the project management tool process.
• Interact with others in the Finance Shared Services (FISS) and Business Applications Shared Services (BASS) teams when necessary.
• Timely perform/support the internal control processes.

• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Finance.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); working knowledge of relevant software (e.g., SuiteProjects Pro) is a plus.
• Ability to work and communicate clearly with internal clients.
• Assertiveness to raise attention to potential issues.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
