Grupo Boticário is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to ensure cosmetics compliance across markets. You will work with product development and portfolio teams to analyze regulations and approve labeling.

The role requires a degree in science, a hybrid work arrangement in São José dos Pinhais/Curitiba, and knowledge of Anvisa, Inmetro, and EU cosmetics regulations. English and Spanish proficiency are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in São José dos Pinhais, Paraná (or the Curitiba metropolitan area).
• Ability to take a position, present arguments, and clearly and flexibly defend technical viewpoints in multidisciplinary squads.
• Previous experience in regulatory affairs is preferred.
• English and Spanish proficiency is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulations issued by Brazilian regulatory authorities for cosmetics, including Anvisa, Inmetro, and the Ministry of the Environment.
• Knowledge of European cosmetics regulations.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for imported cosmetics.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with product development and portfolio maintenance project squads
• Ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with the regulations in force in the countries where Grupo Boticário operates
• Analyze formulations and approve cosmetic product labeling
• Prepare and maintain regulatory dossiers for products in all countries where Grupo Boticário operates
• Register and maintain product compliance with Anvisa, Inmetro, and the Ministry of the Environment
• Assess the regulatory requirements for new raw materials from health and biodiversity perspectives
• Provide consultative, dynamic, and strategic support from the earliest stages of product development
• Collaborate with R&D, Packaging, Legal, and Marketing in multidisciplinary squads
